Justin Rosberg - Managing Partner
Round Hill is lucky to have Justin Rosberg as a managing partner and all around business visionary. Justin leads the company’s sales efforts and strategic thinking in the food services and franchise verticals.Justin has been a leader in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Most recently, as Founder and CEO of The Meat House, a $60 million 30-unit specialty butcher-grocer, Justin transformed the butcher shop industry.During the mid 90’s and through the turn of the century, he rapidly ascended the management ranks of the 22-unit $30 million Weathervane Seafood Restaurant system, while also completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts. After achieving his M.B.A. from Northeastern University, Justin was a key member in the private wealth management group at Bear Stearns in Boston managing in excess of $500 million in assets. Justin combined his formal education and real life work experience to create the business plan for The Meat House in 2003 and was CEO and brand leader as the brand grew from a single store in Portsmouth, NH to a nationally franchised specialty butcher/grocer with stores from Maine to California.
Kent Rosberg - VP Municipal Sales
Round Hill has avoided the municipal market, due to lack of experience in this niche space, which requires deep experience, operational know-how, saint-like patience, and insider-credibility - that is, until Kent Rosberg. To say Round Hill is lucky to have Kent is an understatement, for, without him, Round Hill would not be invested in the municipal market. During his 40 year career in secondary public education, Kent helped manage school budgets, maximize efficiencies and mitigate costs. Ironically after retiring he now finds himself doing the same thing.Kent earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Plymouth State University and a Master’s Degree and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study from the University of New Hampshire. After teaching history for years, he moved to administration. In New Hampshire and Maine, he was an administrator for over 35 years. During this time, he was both a principal and superintendent. Always active in his professional associations, Kent served many roles. He was President of the Maine Principals Association and a member of Legislative Committee for the Maine School Superintendents Association. He also led many accreditation teams for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Kent also served as was an adjunct faculty member at Plymouth State University specializing in school law.
Margaret Mead - VP Affinity Fundraising Programs
Round Hill is the beneficiary of Margaret’s experience with non-profits not to mention her overall sales and marketing acumen. Margaret developed Round Hill’s affinity marketing fundraising program and leads those efforts strategically and operationally. Margaret started her career in marketing communications and public relations focusing primarily on business-to-business marketing. She has been on the agency side and the client for both large and small companies. Her professional career took a backseat to raising children, but her talents did not stand idle. She was a dedicated and faithful volunteer for her children's school, the church, and local library, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars. She parlayed her volunteer work into a position with an area non-profit, planning and executing all aspects of fundraising. She develops strategies to raise the Round Hill’s profile, generate goodwill and generate new customers through community relations outreach and by spearheading energy based fundraisers for affinity groups.Margaret graduated Vanderbilt University with honors and earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
